The unseen side of revenue-sharing deals: from contract to handover

In the model that brings landowner and developer to the same table, the real work happens before the signature and after the handover.

Revenue-sharing construction is often seen as a man’s field in this industry; I made succeeding in it the centre of my professional motivation, because a well-structured deal rewards both the landowner and the developer.

The process does not start with a contract: no one sits at the table before the zoning status, comparable values and the district’s future projection are laid out. The delivery schedule and technical specification matter as much as the sharing ratio.

Every project and developer is a separate commercial relationship. One rule never changes: commercial confidentiality has no exceptions.
